Jonah Roberman, Founder of Doctor Hospitality, has developed and led teams around the World, primarily in the Australia, United Kingdom, France, Indonesia, China, Maldives & Vietnam, however, including teams in Europe, America, Africa and South Asia. His natural ‘coach leadership’ style was one that enabled organic development of leaders and highly satisfied teams.
Jonah completed his coaching accreditation with the HRIA & ICA who he also advises. He is also a NLP Master Practitioner.
It was John from ICA, Bob Proctor and another of Jonah’s mentors, Rob a global VP of HR, who encouraged Jonah to apply his skills from the hotels and global boardrooms to that of transformational coaching.
Jonah coaches clients from Australia & Vietnam, but around the world. What the Covid era has taught us is that the world is a small place and there’s a huge demand for transformational coaching.
Jonah has carefully built his programs around what he believes works for his clients. From one off introductory sessions right up to annual programs. You will often hear Jonah talking about his ‘coaching journey’ and that’s exactly what it is. They are private, confidential sessions that require significant investment in time and focused effort to achieve great things.
In addition to his paid coaching engagements Jonah undertakes pro bono mentoring with ICA, a non-profit mentoring program dedicated to helping professionals unlock their true potential through structured mentoring and professional support. It was founded by a group of two American-based professionals. It aims to support and develop the skills of professionals in all areas of life.
How to become a winner in the hospitality world?
Expert Jonah Roberman says a ‘winning culture’ is paramount.
If you want to be a winner, you have to think like one, be like one, act like one, believe you’re one. If you can master the art of winning, then you can achieve any result you can dream of. That’s a fact. It’s not easy. Other people are thinking the same, so out-think them. Magical things start to happen when you foster a winning culture.
